• Delivery Times & Costs: Standard delivery is free and takes 5-10 working days. For express delivery with a tracking code, there is a fee of 11.50 EUR/CHF depending on your location and takes 2-5 days.
• Shipping Zones: Currently, we ship to Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.
• Handling Times: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 1 hour of being placed.
